Not a clue. It's been so long since I've been out that way lol plus your question didn't involve food. Haha there's a Golden Coral out that way, a tilted kilt, a really good place for burgers is BJs restaurant. I'm pretty sure there's a Dicks Sporting Goods out that way in the mall.

That and the market is down right now but starting to rise. Seems like it goes up/down every 10 years. We bought our house for $175k, 10 years ago it was built and sold for $349k... We've been here almost 8 months and it is worth over $200k already so we are hoping in 10 years it'll be worth a shit ton again. We took a gamble but we were smart about it. The house is 1/2 mile off 404 and the state is doing everything they can right now to make it easier to get to and from the beaches and to and from DC and Baltimore from here. We are 1 hour to south Baltimore so I am willing to bet it'll be a prime spot soon, already seems to be getting that way now.

    Not used on 2nd gens.

It is an oil filter access for 3rd gens. They're the same part less that access cover. So we are only making one so we can order more inventory of one part and not have to stock a bunch of different configs. Better for costing for us and keeps the price down for the buyer.

All this talk about powder coating and I just want a dry week so I can put another layer of Eastwood on my frame and such... I thought I was going "all out" on a $80 Eastwood kit for the whole truck, Chip spends that much on a skid LOL

Yea, but if you decide to sell it later on, you will want to include 3rd gen buyers.

True, but as time goes on, 2nd gens end up in junkyards, and 3rd gens become the ones to sell to.

Could easily do it and grind welds flat to the point where you'd never know it was there.

I really want to see what MOB's HC looks like. That's my next big purchase. I'm liking Billy out at Brute Force's the best right now.
