my boys finish their finals today, had plans to fish the Potomac on Saturday, but not in 50 degree weather-n-rain...WTF?

 

How's the weather been up there guys? Nothing crazy other than rain? I ask because I'm making the drive up on Thursday and don't trust the weather man.

 

I feel ya! I had plans to run down to OC for the cruise this weekend, now they're calling for rain. Now my wife wants me to do some stuff around the house.

 

did that shit this past weekend, was gunna fish last Saturday, but there wasn't a decent tide in the whole frickin state, I KICK myseff in the ass for not goin pond hoppin, as that front that came thru Saturday afternoon, boy howdy, I woulda slayed em

when? I don't fish but I'll kayak its been too long wonder if it'll still float with my fat ass now.

 

got the new computer set up I'm loving using a 40" TV as a monitor, I recommend it for anyone building a new PC screw buying an expensive monitor that's like 20" I cant wait to upgrade the TV to run the 4k games on the computer lol. So much to do so little bank account.

 

company golf tournament/fundraiser this weekend, and vacation to NYC next weekend, but generally, any sunday (and some Saturdays) are good.

 

I'm busy the next three weekends. Work/Friends/Girlfriend.

 

Thanks for the help bud. Gonna need new cables and some solenoid work, but after I rewind with new line and a fancy hook on the end it should be a nice addition.

mid june, there is a toby keith concert at the calvert marine museum, right on the water at solomons island. I'm contemplating not getting tickets, and just paddling up and tossing an achor off the kayak. float around all afternoon with a cooler and live country music......

 

do you need tickets to float around?

nope. public water all around the museum and bars in the area. just don't anchor in the channel leading to the bars.

 

I use my tv to watch videos/movies from my laptop too. Dont forget a long HDMI cable!
