When I drive outside of MD, I notice people do not speed up on single lane roads just to be right behind you. Now let's say you pull over and let them pass... NOPE, now they want to drive slow.

I seriously thought I was the only one annoyed with people who don't like maintaining speed up a slope.

 

Now that I see Im not the only one I will say things I really hate from other drivers:

1. No use of turn signal when merging into the hwy or switching lanes
2. Slow speed when merging in the hwy, is like they want the traffic in the hwy to slow down for them to merge
3. People texting
4. people on the cell phone on their left hand leaning on the window making even wider their blind spot
5. Switching to the exit lane at the last 20 feet, cutting into other drivers. There are signs about their exit 5 miles before, 2 miles, 3/4 miles, why they exit at the last moment??
6. Driving slow on the left lane!!!! why, why, why??????

Lets add people that ride the merge lane till the very end, merge over without signaling, AND THEN speed up like the didn't have the opportunity to speed up BEFORE merging! I'd love to buy an old plow truck just for people like this lol.

 

What they don't understand/care for is that such last moment behavior impedes traffic flow.

I place the same mental label on those who have the inability to follow a proper zipper merge.

So anyway, who knows of a good tint shop in or around Ellicott City? I need to have my 16 tinted. Maybe someone here does it and will come to me? Not sure if people do that here, I know it was super common in NY I need the whole truck done, 4 doors and rear slider window.

 

Lmao NJ and DE drivers suck too. But I think it's just a general de-evolution of our entire species

It's kinda close. Absolute Perfection here in Sykesville. They have done the tint on 3 of my vehicles so far and I love it. I go with the mid grade film.

 

I'm looking for 20% all the way around, all windows. How are the cops around here? Bust balls for tint?

 

Just a thought: consider ceramic tint if it's an available option up there...

 

I've seen people get away with blatantly illegal tint. That's being said, they are more likely to get caught while parked or when pulled over for speeding.

Not really unless you drive like a dick and even than not normally lol

 

It is, it's their high end tint. I almost went with it but went with the Metallic again.

 

Also remember in MD the back windows on TRUCKS can be as dark as you want. The front two windows to be legal have to be 35% and the windshield no tint.

 

Ceramic tint comes in 2 forms. Carbon and non carbon. If you spend the $ on the ceramic tint with carbon backing, it's worth it. Any other combo is pointless and doesn't offer any further UV protection.

 

Cars are the only ones that have to be 35% all around to be legal.

 

I believe that's the same in most states. Anything you want on the back doors and rear window, only limitation is the front doors and windshield.

 

So you are really only risking having to retint two windows if the cop busts your balls
