Yeah I don't think my wife or job would allow me to be missing a tooth unless it was in the back of mouth

Lack of places to ride is the main reason I got into motocross. A few select tracks are the only places left to ride.

A buddy of mine in florida knocked out his front four teeth with a skateboard. They finally went in years later to do implants and put the four studs in and then made him wait a couple weeks to heal before putting the teeth on. Looked like some russian gulag escapee with the metal posts up front. Said it hurt pretty bad too. They give you something for the pain at least?

Yea Motrin 800's! Mine was damaged back in my drinking & fighting days when i was younger, the Irish in me lol. I was hit in the mouth with a baseball bat. I had a post installed with a crown many years ago but the post broke this past January while eating a protein bar for breakfast. I started this in January, i'm told 3-4 more months before the crown can be installed, it's a long process. Just today's surgery was $2225. I've had a temp tooth since January, looks good tho, can't really notice it. This sucks for me, i'm 42yo and never even had a cavity! Can not wait to get this over with.

Damn I hate to hear that. Reminds me of the Cullman Liquidator's commercial- "My wife's boyfriend broke my jaw with a fence post." Dental pain is the worst. Wish you a speedy recovery!

Thanks man! I was awake during the surgery. Didn't want to spend the extra $$$ for anathesia of laughing gas. Yea it was and still is painful but the money i saved from that went towards my new wide white wall tires for my caddy.

Lol priorities, amiright? I'm glad Uncle Sam foots my dental bills. Spent a few grand on the wifey's teeth and paying for one kids braces right now, but the metlife/ tricare family dental is better than a lot of plans.
That is a good deal. Bought directly from Spidertrax?

Yessir. They have their clearance section. Each one has a very slight blemish or scratch. In no way is it safety related, it's all cosmetic. They still have their lifetime warranty also. They're going behind my rims, I don't care if there's a slight scratch or the anodized had a dark spot.

For those of you with a manual trans, does your shifter slide to the right a bit in first and second when you let go of it? never had a manual before so not sure if its slop or if its supposed to do that.

Also which one of you was offering to come over and weld in the patch panels? i went looking through the thread but couldn't find you
