I spend the weekend camping there with the boy scouts, but was on the other side of the creek. Flys were everywhere. But we had a good time.

I'm a little late but:

I just built my house. My concrete work, including the 9 foot walls and garage floor, were way less than $40k. House is 36x31. PM me if you want their info.

 

I read some of that thread. It is a lot of work, but when you are done it looks great.
