Gps would be the most accurate ultra gauge or scan gauge would not be accurate since they connect to ecu and it gets info from trans and speedo monitors

That's not bad but I don't look at speedo unless I'm on a major highway

Hell I don't use 99.9% of my ultra gauge I only use it for a gas gauge since mine doesn't work even after everything was replaced ,3rd gen t4r problems

Selling (4) 275/65-18 Kelly Safari ATR truck tires. Tires are used, pulled off my 2013 F-150. Nothing wrong with them, never plugged, mileage unknown. They were on the truck when I bought it. No rot or damage. My guess is they have about 10k miles left on them. See pics for condition. Located in Greensboro 21639. $200 for the guys on TW. I know 18's aren't a common wheel for you guys, figured maybe someone has another vehicle with them.

    Yawn...
How would you guys troubleshoot this:

Circuit works for a brief second, then turns off.

Cuts back on for a brief second when you turn it on again, and then turns off.

I'd assume a blown fuse would completely cut off all current to a circuit.

Circuit in question: Both heated/ventilated seats.

Just wondering... However, as I didn't completely install them, I'll head over to the shop tomorrow morning and let them figure it out.

Sounds like possibly a shorted heating element cutting off because it thinks it's up to temp. I'd start by unplugging them at the seats and see if it continues. If it does, possibly the element. if it doesn't and still trips, likely a shorted or pinched wire. Could be a bad ground also, possibly a bad module if the seats are controlled by a module. One of the many reasons I hate heated seats, especially aftermarket heated seats. Fire waiting to happen, see it on stock and aftermarket. No thanks

I have 265/70/17 Duratracs, including my spare, with about 8,000 miles on them. I have thought about going to 285s, but don't know if they'd fit without rubbing, and I don't want to CMC. I also don't think I would want to go any heavier than load range C. What are yours, and do you have 4 or 5?

PS. I hope all is well. I'm the guy that gave you the steps for your old truck

Thanks guys, I do remember there being a relay before I handed it over to the shop for install.

I don't have a extra on hand, but I know the shop does.

Wouldn't have thought of a relay without your help. Thanks!

I was concerned about a fire starting with these seats when I first ordered them, but they don't start up with the truck. It has to be manually set once you're inside. (And let it be known I am a spoiled brat with this SmartStart system.) Parking almost half a mile from work, it has come in handy over the past 2 + years.

It is pretty simple. You just turn on calibrate and drive for a mile in as straight a line as possible. It then shows you the multiplier that it will use to calculate MPH. It also takes a few fill ups to properly calibrate a full tank for MPG. After that you are set for accurate MPH, MPG, DTE, etc. Its a great reference.

I'm thinking it might make everything more accurate on it. I've been running one for almost three years now and the MPG average perpetually drops due to my remote start. Very frustrating.
