    Yeah. Around 3", but the offset/back spacing of my wheels is most likely different than yours. My current Duratracs barely miss rubbing and I have the adjustable Light Racing UCAs providing extra caster.

    I doubt that it legal seems to be wetlands and wildlife conservation area plus there's a US Fish management area near there according to google maps.Which brings federal trespassing into play if caught . If it is legal it's a well kept secret since I've never seen it on any of the area forums .

    because zillow is very basic and has limited/no specific knowledge of individual houses. it takes the prior selling price and date, then factors in the average market increase or decrease to it. it does not take into account modifications, additions, upgrades, etc. that have been done to the house, new appliances that have been installed, or the current local market conditions.

    that range of 223k-246k would be accurate if we purchased the house, let it site for 3 years, and then went to sell it with the same house for sale around us as when we bought it.

    I'm seriously debating on buying a HF wheel balancer and tire changer just dropped off 2tires and wheels to get mounted and balanced at a local shop and it's gonna cost me 75 bucks for 20 mins worth of work . Supporting local businesses is pricey
