Your steel arrived today, going to get the trailer done on Friday. Have to finish up a 4Runner bumper tomorrow first that is hogging up the only open spot we have in the shop right now.

Should only be 10. Not sure if you included the HQL process in that or not...

Probably did. Btw i thought it was 7 days? Nothing will be as bad as when sb281 went into effect, MSP was back logged with everything and dealers weren't allowed to release after 7 days.

Ha 45 days is a walk in the park. Took my brother in NY 2 years just to get his permit which is the NY equivalent of an HQL. Couldn't buy his first pistol for 2 years after the process began.

Since we're talking about gun laws and I'm about to settle on that cabin in WV, I was told if you have a registered handgun from any state that you can legally carry it in WV. I was in a WV gun store recently, it's crazy the types of guns you can buy in that state. I was told that all I have to do is show my WV property tax papers & my MD ID and I can purchase anything I like. After a background check of course, but that only takes hours there, not weeks like here. I saw a bad ass uzi & AK that I liked.

That is one of the great things I like about Virginia. In and out in under an hour or two tops. I plan to retire in WV to get away from the big city life.

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE my Ford. It is comfortable, a lot of power for a 1/2 ton truck, great fuel mileage and just all around a great truck. But it just isn't cutting it. It "does work" for towing the trailer with a load but I am going to destroy it at this rate. I have 7-8k pounds behind it often which is at the limit for its tow capacity.
