I believe factory spec is where it should be no matter what tires you're running.

Mac&cheese in one smoker, turkey in the other. Stuffing, sweet potato, salad, gravy, rice crispy treats, sugar cookies, and who knows what else. More pictures will follow!

That's what I plan on next time, maybe a few weeks from now. I also have a 6.5 pound ribeye toast in the freezer waiting for me. Nothing better than a day sitting around the smoker with a couple beers. This is a 17 pound free range turkey from a local farm. Best part is, I'm using cherry that I cut, dried, and split from my family property upstate NY. Doesn't get much more natural than that.

All this smoking and grilling of meat and all I had was a damn snack wrap from McDs on the way home from Cunningham falls(hiking) and a leisurely drive thru the Frederick Municipal Forest with the wife .Now my truck is dirty and I'm hungry

And a little more! The ice cube bucket was a wedding gift to my grand parents when they got married. They always had it on their table. They're sadly no longer with us but are missed very much. I always make sure to have it out for all holidays or celebrations. My way of having them here with us.

Just a cheap $150 Walmart smoker. I use home drown fresh cut and dried cherry from my family property in NY. Definitely would try some pear. PM me and we'll talk.

so I've got a week and a half left here before moving south. trying to get rid of some stuff, and willing to make so bro deals to you guys. craigslist prices will likely be higher.

Item 1: weight bench in great shape. comes with bar and full set of plates (roughly 300+ lbs I believe). the bench adjusts to do regular bench press and decline press. also easy to prop it up for incline press. the bar supports spin around and raise up so you can use it as a squat rack. at the end, you also have the attachment for leg extensions and leg curls. trying to get rid of it for $150. I can get some pictures this evening, but here is a stock photo of what the system looks like.

item 2: I have 3 large windsurfers that I have been using a paddle boards. not quite as stable as your average paddle board, but about twice as fast. plenty stable for a beginner, just don't strap a cooler of beer on the back of the board your first time out. included are 3 boards, center daggers and rear fins for 2 boards. 3 masts, 3 booms, 3 sails (sails need some minor repairing).
$120 takes all of the above. for another $120 ($240 total), you can also have the 2 carbon fiber paddle board paddles.

photo of the 3 boards, 3 booms, and 2 sets of fins. buddy is helping pressure wash them for the season

3 masts and 3 sails. again, some sail repair work is needed on one of the sails. you can get a new sail pretty cheap if you don't want to fuck with it.

here's one of the boards and one of the adjustable carbon fiber paddles. this was the first time out puppy was out on the water a couple of years ago. the board can handle one person and a 20-25 lb dog no problem. longest trip I ever made on the board was just me and a backpack with some water and snacks in it. did about 15 miles in an afternoon.
