I am off work Monday so I was thinking about taking a run out to Greenridge state park to just putt around. Anyone interested in a Monday drive day trip?

 

Where are you at in MD? I may be interested, and I know my buddy might be as well. He just got a new 4runner and is getting some bigger tires sunday and wants to put them to use.

@fatfurious2 maybe you want to join and we can camp monday night?

 

I am in Harford County. I hear the park is very scenic but mainly just fire roads.

I've been there once and it was fun to explore. Don't know the area at all though.

 

I found a map in maplets so we should be ok. The ranger station may have paper maps as well.

 

Cool! Once I get a confirmation from my buddy tomorrow, I'll let you know if we're in. If we are, David and I will be camping that night if you wanna join.

I would be interested in checking it out. I haven't been that far up that way before. It's a 3+ hr drive up.

 

You are more than welcome to ride out with us if you want. It sounds like most folks will be camping if you are up for it. I have to work on Tuesday so I will only be heading out for the day.

I forgot I had I to work Tuesday, so I won't be camping Monday night. I may do a solo camping trip Sunday night though.

 

I was planning on heading up early ish to spend most of the day. I can leave before the sun comes up or meet up with folks and caravan out when it works for the group.

 

Yeah I want to camping out there at some point. I will be scoping out spots on this trip

I would consider camping Sunday night, so I don't have to get up and drive butt early in the morning. @joshtxedition13 posted that he and another member might be camping out there Sunday night.

If I left from my house in the morning, the earliest that I would get there is between 0900 and 1000.
