What would you all say is the minimum you would have on your truck suspension/armour wise for GR? I am bone stock when it comes to suspension, lifts, armour, etc.

Green ridge could be ran stock. In some areas some better tires would be nice when it's muddy, but that's it. If you're wanting to get your feet wet with exploring, this is a great place to start.

Sweet, I have heard the same from different people, but wanted to be sure before I made the trip and tore my truck up. I have explored a little down my way in my 2nd gen, but have yet to in the 3rd gen!

99% dirt roads 2wd 1% you may need 4wd and there usually marked 4wd only the water crossings all easy to do after spring thaw unless it's been raining heavy

It is a beautiful place. And many of the sites are very out of the way and secluded.
