Keep in mind, those car washes use recycled water.... So the water they use to "clean" your trucks is gonna be saltier than the shit they put in the roads.

Nice. I need to make a new set of longer flaps, the rally armor ones I have look rediculosly short after I put the lift on.

Well, I am sure it is filtered but if it had any salt at all in it then the snow that falls would melt off the truck and that just ain't ever happened. I would think it would have a haze to it as well. The place I go to always looks crystal clear when it dries. I know it is not 100% clean however. Not like a true hand wash.

If I had a place near my driveway that was all stone like a carport area, I would wash it myself and have a warm water setup. As it stands though, my inclined driveway would be like a freaking ice luge and I would wind up in the woods LOL.

I had a really hard time justifying the RokBlokz. I still tell myself they're cheaper than body work lol. At the time I had too make projects going on to design and make my own flaps. They're not rubber. They're some type of flexible plasticy stuff. If they had OEM flaps for the SR (no flares) at the time I would have bought those. I never liked the Rally Armor style flaps on Subarus and things. I had OEM mud guards on my Civic

Buds car wash in Hickory, Harford County, on Business 1. I have been using them since we moved up there and have never had a problem. Maybe they don't reuse the water :notsure:, but I think that's highly unlikely.

Anyone here use Husky front mud flaps and have positive/negative feedback? My front flaps broke off a while ago, and I saw these were shorter so thought i'd give them a try. The paint on my sliders is chipping/rusting to the point it's driving me crazy, and before I refinish them I need to add some sort of mud flaps up front.

The sides of my truck all the way up to and including the side windows is completely white, except for the little area at the rear wheel wells at like 10 o'clock. I definitely need something. :pout:

I have front & rear O.E. mudflaps that came off my brother's 2011 4x4 ext cab Taco. If you can use the front ones they're yours.

Yes whey. I wanted v8 power output, but wanted more than the 10mpg Toyota could offer. And yes. 2016 Silverado. Got a stellar deal on it too....

Considering work pays for it, all I have to do is drive 20180106_134053.jpg

Haha I wish. Work just gave it to me for the week, since I'm working with the provisioning department for a week or two. Still a really nice ride, it's nice to have real gauges for voltage and oil pressure

I'm actually considering a full size too. Taco just isn't doing the towing as good as I want. :anonymous:. I'm torn.
