Does it have a standard ball hitch?? Some of those military trailers have a eye and require a pintle hook draw bar. I have one if you need one of those. I can bring it with me to the city tomorrow.

 

It was made for civilian uses or converted already so it has a standard ball hitch

I've always used Aisin clutch kits in Toyotas.

 

I have a 6x12 aluminum trailer that's rated for 2k lbs. But it's up at my cabin.

That’s a steel. My dad bought one new, $6500!

 

I thought of that too but it the trailer body is narrow enough to fit between the rails maybe we could do what I suggested.
Either way I think we can make it work.

 

So it will fit in my 5 x 8 with just a little over hang at the front.
If you need me to bring my trailer up and help you get it just let me know.

I lived my whole life in Anne Arundel county before moving to South Carolina a year ago (I’m 27) There are plenty of places to live as it’s a very populated county. Odenton would be a great place to start looking. Maybe a 10-15 min drive from Northrop Grumman. Also look into Severn (next town over from odenton) those two will prob be your best bet. There’s a bunch of small towns in that area. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to send me a PM. I’ll be glad to help you find somewhere.

 

How far from NG are you willing to live - mileage and/or travel time wise?
Do you prefer to live in a more rural, urban, or town center setting. Do you want or want to be near waterfront housing?
All of these are available in this area.

 

Odenton, Severn, Glen Burnie, Millersville, Laurel, Ft Meade (not the best area), Hanover. I can keep going. It all depends what you’re looking for and how far you’re willing to travel.
