No. Not sure what the issue was initially but it drives fine. That was weird though. It goes in for the 20k mile service next week and I'll ask them to check to front suspension while it on the lift.

I could only think of stock front bumps were a wee bit short so when I hit something like a strong bump it blew the bolt LOL. It's a damn hefty bolt I have no idea.

Hmmm, crazy, so the fix is taller front bump stops I suppose.

That's my educated guess. Total Chaos, was like that's unheard of when I broke the bolt. Looking at the bolt, it's freaking thick! I'm going to get TC gussets for the UCA for sure.

I put stickers for more horse power!
I used the part that I cut, just hit it hard until it was flat, trimmed a little and welded it back

After doing a few CMCs, I've found it easier to just use new plates. It's a piece of cake.

Yea, I don't much about TC except that they aren't cheap. I would think those shocks would help control the overly abrupt movement as well.

I need to learn more about suspension.

@hualampeter I know you're already in contact with the team regarding this. Any pics of the bolt would be appreciated :) It helps us determine what caused the failure.

We don't want you to blame the bump stops. When the bump stop is the issue it will cause the uniball to bind and transfer the load to the 9/16" bolt that goes through it. This would result in a bend there and not at the main pivot bolt.

I noticed you mentioned looking for aftermarket Grade 8 hardware - the OEM bolt is the best option on the market
Very glad this wasn't worse! Looking forward to getting you back on the trails :)
