I'm about to order the Fox Level 1 lift with 3-leaf AAL from HS for my 2015 TRD Off Road.

Is anyone near Baltimore, or within driving distance, willing to help for some food, beer, and whatever else you'd want? I just don't have the space to do it at my apartment unfortunately.

    Thank you in advance!

I thought the reservoir was just for if you do high speed off roading, rapidly cycling the suspension. (Which I don’t really do.)

Better to have it and not need it, after a while just moving and hitting small bumbs will fade out shocks it doesnt have to be fast or full cycle

Resis are cool, but not needed for 99% of us here on the east coast. West coast is a different story for going nice and fast.

I wheel regularly and usually for 6-8 hours at a time and my OME shocks have done just fine.

On a serious note they do look cooler. But I’m not sure I’d utilize them enough/at all to justify the extra $500.
My version of “buy once cry once” was the Fox level 1 as opposed to the Bilsteins. Lol

Agreed. I'm in the same boat as they definitely look cooler, but I have no real need for them. It's hard to justify the increase in price when what I'm using now works great for me. If I ever move west and get into faster stuff, then I may take the dive into Kings.

If no one is available to let me give them beer, does anyone recommend a shop around the Baltimore area to get my lift installed? I inquired with Mobtown already I’m trying to figure out all of my options.

I can do it for you if you like. I'm down in Silver Spring so a little bit of a hike, but I only charge people $100. I've installed lifts for maybe 10 people now? I'm not a shop but I don't charge shop prices, but do just as good of work. If you want anyone who can vouch for me, I can give some names. If you don't want some random forum dude doing your lift in his driveway, I totally understand haha

I can vouch for him. He has helped me with 90% of the mods I've done to my 4R. I would trust him over most shops, just don't let him know I said that. :spy:

So since I’m new to this thread where does everyone go off-roading around here?
I went out to Frederick a couple times up to Catoctin and it’s pretty mild but nice.
(I’ve only lived here a year and a half and I just bought my Tacoma a couple months ago.)

I also found this online: https://goo.gl/maps/7Tksb9dfW2z

I can also vouch for Randy. Does great work. As his agent if the heat index is greater than 95 degrees it’s double time.
