Just in case you have not thought of it, make sure you replace the axle seal too when you do it.

No god no, FUCK THE AXLE SEALS. They're so goddamn finicky. I wouldn't replace them unless they're already leaking. I preemptively did both of mine when I rebooted my CV axles, and ended up having to replace each side 3 times before I got it to the right depth and those fuckers didn't leak.

Any of you guys in the Jessup area have a single 17" wheel? Don't care what it is, don't care if it has a tire. I'll slap a tire on it if need be. Just need a roller for a project, it'll never hit the street.

Hey everyone, anybody available to give me some advice on places to live, traffic patterns and everything? I'll be PCSing to Fort Meade and would greatly appreciate some help as I don't know many people there! Not wanting to stay on base as it's 1700$ a month for a dorm room lol

I wanted to be the first to say Welcome To Maryland but I'm not going to be much help on suggesting places to live. I really don't pay attention since I'm not in the market. I do know that buyng housing around Ft. Meade has a wide price range $180k - $500k+. As as far as renting, there will be a few folks chiming in on this for sure.

I work out at Ft. Meade as well so give me a shout when you arrive. Also, keep an eye on the Maryland thread. A group of us get together about once a quarter at Frisco's Tap House to BS, grab a bite, and partake in our favorite beverages. Our last turn out was pretty good. Mine is the Inferno Taco the far left of the picture.

Awesome! im always checking the sub and cant wait to get there. My truck will be there no later than dec 19. My biggest concern is I would like to find a decent apartment in baltimore maybe with a few roommates and save up for a down payment on a house in a year or so. Im worried about traffic though and the commute, Im fine with 45 min or so to live in the city around people my age and everything. Do you think that would be realistic? Ive found some pretty nice places around Johns Hopkins that seem like an awesome community. Also, my truck is 92 inches wide and on 37s so i dont know how well ill manage on the streets lol
