So after running around for a year with my rigged exhaust system .(cut at axle and a hush thrush muffler)I finally had to get a new cat back exhaust since I have to go to emissions this month and of course we’re gonna have a cold front come thru next week .I hate working on the ground in the cold (anything below 55*)

Technically it is but I didn’t want to chance it since they still use inspection mirrors to check for cat.converters up here. With my luck I’d get some power hungry idiot telling me he can’t do it because my exhaust doesn’t exit rear of wheel well

Next year I'm tagging my 2000 4runner historic. No more emissions & only $51 for registration.

    Those mods aren't emissions legal?

Edit - read some more, yea, here they are lazy so I should be good when I do mine.

I may be wrong but I believe in order to pass a Md vehicle safety inspection the exhaust has to exit vehicle body past the last door or rear wheel to the side of body or rear . So technically if your exhaust does not stick out past rear 1/4 panel behind wheel or exit at bumper the State emissions center could refuse to test your vehicle just as if you had a CEL on. Correct me if I’m wrong

Folks over on the Tundra forum found a whoopsie on Amazon. All 4 Bilstein 5100 for Tundra for $116 + free shipping. At least 40 people have said they ordered over there, including myself. Didn't plan on doing anything to this truck but that is too good of a price to pass up. How hard is the install? I've only done suspension on cars.

Anyone have any spare dynamat laying around? I just ordered all new speakers for the Tacoma and wanted to throw some behind the new speakers but don’t think I need whole sheets of it.
