I learned to drive on a 26 year old 74 Chevy 3/4 ton longbed. Manual transmission and steering with no ac (in texas). It wasn't that big of a deal, was a fun truck too.

haha slow and steady wins the race.. where's this at/could a stocker get through? (aka its not essentially a mud bog or climbing a mountain right?)

There is a decently long dirt road near my house that runs along the edge of the creek that I found on google maps. I've been wanting to run it and see where it takes me and if there are any fun times down there, but based on it's location I'm afraid it would be a private road or an access road for the state park right by it..

 

I'm on my almost 4 year old motorola water proof flip phone and about to buy a 5s. Flip phones do suck....but it was the only waterproof phone i could afford at the time.

 

At US cellular....options are shitty 4s, slightly less shitty 5c, and the 5s......i won't buy a iphone that is pretty much the same as my ipod (4/4s are very similar in speed to 4th gen ipod touch), and i won't buy the plastic 5c because it is plastic and lifeproof doesn't make a case for it.

And i hate the finger print thing....now the nsa gets a copy of my thumb every time i toucg my phone....just what i need.
