I know I keep telling the wife we need to buy shit there’s a lot with 19.86 acres down on the low side of the mountain from you with a double wide perk and power for 115 I think but she keeps hesitating

 

I don't think its a double wide, looks like a house on 19.86 acres. Maybe a modular home? Seller is asking $125k. I looked at that from the outside, looks nice. Not a bad price considering it's on almost 20acres. I paid $95k for my place and it was only on 10.5 acres.

Watch out! A buddy of mine bought a fully loaded Kubota tractor a few years ago for several k and never laid eyes on it. No telling how many times that tractor has been sold

 

If she's the outdoorsy type you need to bring her up to visit my place and hang out for a day or weekend. Once she visits and realizes how nice it is up here she may be more interested in buying something up here.

I was wondering the same thing. The scams I see on online is a nice ass truck for a ridiculously low price.

 

Just a hunch. In the features he has it listed with a supercharger and 20 inch wheels. Wish he would of listed a VIN number also.

 

Well it has the pro wheels, and they definitely are not 20's. As far as the supercharger, I'd have to see a picture of it. It's possible, but again, it could be false. Also that bed cover is garbage. If it had a SC, and was in overall great condition, then I could see it going for 25-26, maybe 28k for the right buyer.
