Yeah they sell out of brisket and stuff early as they only make a certain amount since the smoke time is so long. It’s pretty smart actually since it minimizes waste.

There is more prepped for the weekend and if we get a decent head count I can always give tommy a heads up so they have more ready.

Yeah I respect that. The BBQ place I used to work at used left overs for burnt ends but I’m glad not much goes to waste. Still wanted to support a local business and independent BBQ so I settled with the turkey.

I smoke food a lot... Its just me and the fiance at home, and our favorite thing is ribs. Last weekend we found St. Louis spares for $5 / rack at my local grocery store. Bought 10 racks and stuck em in the chest freezer... Smoked two last weekend and have been eating them all week. Ribs seem just as good re-heated as when the come off the smoker.

It's not a cheap system by any means but you can select how wild or mild you want it.

It only growls under acceleration and purrs when cruising. Zero drone was an added bonus, and that is a result of the added resonator.

I actually considered the Taco version but it seems the v8's are where these shine as far as sound.

It's funny...on our way down to NC for Thanksgiving there was a big train like that. It was three 1st gens. One towing another 1st gen and the two others towing Rav4s. All six vehicles were packed to the gills with stuff.
