Well if it is cold outside and I cant find a garage to do it in I will take it to my buddys shop where it is warm and they have a lift. I think they should be here before this weekend but I think the wife and I are driving to the beach this weekend to look at a few cars.

 

Any thoughts on piaa bulbs for headlight and fog light. To make my factory lights as bright as my piaa 510's on my bull bar

 

Put hids in some projectors. Best way.

 

What are projectors

 

The greatest lights on the market. Most luxury cars have them. They have the highest and clearest light output. They are the lights that look kinda like eyes

These are projectors. They are from eBay. I sold my stock lights and use the money plus a few dollars for these. eBay lights get a bad rap usually from the ones that have never had experience with them. You might need to reseal them for moisture purposes but that's easy.

35w headlights and 55w fogs for over 2 years now. No problems.

Clay, im sorry that we had to take half of your truck apart to get the rack on, i didn't realize they modified the rail system on the new trucks.

 

No worries man! I appreciate the hookup! I'll take some pics tomorrow in the daylight and post them up. I think I'm gonna get some 1/8 steel diamond plate and cut a Texas shape out of it, then weld it in the center of the rack! We shall see!
