Summer is the best time for tint because I feel like it cures better letting your vehicle sit in the sun to bake it.

Oh and this is for anyone, @Devir7, DO NOT WIPE OVER THE WINDSHIELD STRIP UNTIL IT IS FULLY DRY, AND THAT TAKES A LONG TIME. Why? Because all those little black dots along the top of the windshield retain moisture a long time and when you wipe it, it will look like shit from the outside. It will be a hot mess. On my Inferno Sport I almost had them redo it because I royally Fuk'd it up.

Man, you guys in here talking about your low mileage, and I'm over here with almost 100k... Doesn't change that I'll keep driving it though. Love the truck and I'm going to enjoy every bit of it :burnrubber:

that was my thinking for waiting until the summer because while they do let it cure, getting it tinted in the winter def makes it more difficult for them (more chances for imperfections) versus on the hot summer days

Since I bought my cabin in WV 4 years ago I've been racking up the miles on my 4runner. 2 nights ago I removed the jump seats from the back of my extended cab Tacoma and I built a platform for my dog. Now I can start using the Tacoma a bit and give my 4runner a break.

I had not really thought about that but makes sense. I’ll have to see what they workmanship warranty is just in case.
Just cuse I can get it now does not mean I can later lol.

completely feel you on that, while the bank account will most likely still have the funds, my wife may not be in as good of a mood :help:

most places offer minmium 3 year warranty if not lifetime from my experience so it really shouldnt be too big of an issue, i usually just try to check the weather and pick the warmest day around when im planning to do it

When I was closer to your age a lifetime ago, I won a free tint job from a 98Rock call in contest. At the time I had a new 1993 Subaru Loyale. The tint place was down in Bowie and I almost blew it off because of how far (to me at the time) it was. Did it anyway and it was the winter. Back then that was when shitty tint turned purple. Anyway, this place used banks of heat lamps mounted on stands they placed next to the vehicle LOLOLOL. It was funny as hell. Luckily newer films and far more advanced than back then and there is no issues with that but you definitely need to make sure not to roll your windows down for at least a week to be safe in the winter. Int the summer or with the temps we've been experiencing, the weekend is sufficient.

This exactly! If wait and have the floors finished first (next project one HD gets the flooring back in stock) she’ll find something for the house that would be better to put money towards :ballchain:

Yea, the time I went up to Dave's place. I shot around 5 or 6 clips through it.
Hit the target @Tonymontana custom made for me 5 or 6 times too. :humble:

I had to kiss Bryan @greengen1 each time too. :lalala:

That's why I want to sell one of my $500 watches for around $250. :help:

I want one of these to help get that number up to at least 10 and not have any more nightmares about it. :goingcrazy:
