That makes sense. Some of the reason I was looking elsewhere was to get one a little bit different of design. I was thinking it might not even be cheaper getting it from a regular machine/welding shop.

The rain and humidity started me some powdered mold on my pumpkin leaves. And some black mold on one of my squash plants :-(

 

Mornin' guys! Had an absolute blast at AOAA with the boys. Nothing broken!! But alas, the saga continues on my old heap. The fuel tank is leaking terribly where the pump bracket screws in, so I took the bed off yesterday and got to work. Ordered a new gasket and bolts. I have a feeling every bolt head will break off since I just coated everything with POR-15. Getting pretty worn down working on this thing everyday, but my hopes are high because that off roading trip was just one of many!

Weird question, but does anyone in the north eastern part of the state happen to have any leftover Visco fuse from fireworks?

I've found that sometimes using an impact will prevent the bolt heads from breaking, when they would ordinarily break turning them by hand. Something about the intermittent torquing is just really good at breaking up the crap while (hopefully) not just blowing the head off

I had this bolt come off no problemo, and it was pretty crusty

Anyone looking for tube steps? I bought a pair of DCSB steps off @FatGandalf a while back. My truck won't take them due to some underbelly rust, and I want to get rock sliders instead. Trades entertained

What sliders are you looking at. Right now I’m looking at RCI 5°. I do like the look of the rrw sliders but after reading about them, the company not the sliders here, I’m leaning more towards RCI.
