    Yes it is. Have someone rock the steering wheel (engine off) side to side while laying under it looking at the rack. I bet you see movement in the rack.

    3rd gen TRD OR suspension
    I've done this to my 3rd gen 4runner, amazing difference to the feel through the steering wheel. Pretty straight forward installation with hand tools, I used a big "C" clamp to press out the big bushing.

    Well I’m not ruling out a bear but this is at my house not the cabin .I live a rural area with woods and farmland surrounding my court but haven’t heard of any bear around here .
