@RobP62 Ive been holding my review for a bit but I’m definitely happier with the OTT 8.0 than the KDMax 6.0 I had. Now, comparing the 2 isn’t fair, they are both different and the 8.0 is a newer release with more research into the tune. The KDMax tune I had was about a year old so outdated as things are.

I like the OTT more than the KDMax. It seems smoother and goes well with my driving style. It can get on it if needed. Rob, I’ve got no problem passing people going up the hill before and after the damn. Even if they’re already ahead of me. Shifting is smooth and there is no gear hunting. The KDMax tune had some odd aspects with my truck, I don’t think they liked each other. My truck likes the OTT. I’d say give @dave5623 - pm and give it a try.

Things got pretty as the storm rolled in yesterday evening - Was 90% show and very little go; but made for a neat photo of the water tower near the hotel on base.

This is a bit of a long shot, but does anyone know someone with a portable mill or a chainsaw mill? Trying to save the lumber from our black walnut that fell last week, and have access to some red oak logs that I could likely give the Sawyer for their time (or pay $). My ego electric saw is great but I don't think it's up to the job, 18 inch bar and all.

 

Where u at? I used a local guy here from hampstead years ago to mill up a cherry tree for me. He is an older gentleman, not sure how far he is willing to travel.

Been a long last few days. Unexpectedly broke my hand at work over the weekend, then my little had surgery yesterday. There’s light at the end of the tunnel, I know there is. Hope everyone is having a great week so far. Sending good vibes to all.

'evening peeps. I drove from McSherrystown to west Frederick after work to buy a 10" Sears table saw from a MP ad. I get there and the guy has it out in the driveway with an extension cord and a small piece of 2x4. As I treid to feed the saw the 2x4, it struggled with cutting it and I decided that I was going to pass on buying it but as I finished ripping the small piece of wood, the saw died and let out the magic smoke. Talk about an awkward feeling...

 

This whole mission is going to make me as wide as I am tall

DAYUM! I could definitely cruise for 2 weeks, on a floating city, all-inclusive, unlimited everything 24/7. In a mid ships, outside suite with a veranda, and personal valet the entire time.

I could maybe do the same thing in first class on a big ol' 747. One of those private cabin type jobs with a recliner.

In a vehicle. Any ground vehicle.

I mean if all the planets aligned........never mind.
