Man that’s rough. That’s like $2k just for heat. I don’t even spend $2k on all of my home energy needs (well maybe I’ll be around that number this year since prices are way up).

I saved around $500 buying my oil in July. I guess I could buy a heat pump and freeze my ass off. Don’t think so

Looks like a OE new line from the engine, how far back did the mechanic cut the rear line? Did he use a union?

Heh, I have a very similar model snow blower, it just is a couple years older and has a Tecumseh engine on it. I can only hope you upgraded and that's why you're selling. I hate mine, but it was free and only had like 5 hours on it when I got it...

And all this oil tank filling talk, I've been filling mine 10-15 gallons at a time all summer... :anonymous:

That's about all they are good for around here. I supplement my heat pump with a real heat pump.. I m able to keep my house around 70° on the coldest winter nights running the old Russo.. it just uses a LOT of wood.

The snow blower is absolutely mint. Runs insanely well. Never had an issue. Absolutely love it. Just down sizing. Pops is too old to run it.

if it cant be moved with this and the big ass plow, i’ll shovel it:

I’m told prices stayed pretty high here over the summer and I had hoped to do it and just kept putting it off…. but its $4.45 a gal right now.

I also did myself a favor last season and got my own transfer setup so if (insert fuel company here) doesnt deliver when I want them to or fast enough to suit me, or their “minimum delivery quantity is more than I need, I can get my own, up to 55gal at a time.

Mine works good in the nice fluffy stuff, but add moisture and you're screwed.

I really need to get a setup like that. "Heating oil" is down to $3.99 down the road, whereas the oil company I use is still like $4.65. I keep my heat around 62-64. My room has its own zone so I can adjust accordingly.

Both lines are new. Evidently there was too much rust so they went ahead and replaced both. Which I'm good with. At least I've got new stuff on there keeping my truck running nice and clean.

Holy shit! I’m still bitching because it feels like it was in the high $2 just a couple years ago :pout:
i just dont really like running a snow blower. I found myself using this one maybe 5 times in all of the time we’ve had it…

yeah we’re gonna invest in more clothes and blankets lol.
