I finally received this from the bank regarding the mortgage on my cabin. Pay off date would've been 2047. I almost wanna frame it and hang it on the wall. :)

5 acres down by the river just came up for sale. I know a couple TW members were interested in a plot of land here in WV so I figured I would mention it.

One of my patients bought a 23 lime green 4 runner. It is really nice. Anyhow, he ordered a hitch recovery point and they sent him two of them. He emailed them and asked about it and they said it was on them to just keep the extra. He gave it to me today. Very cool of him.

If you plan to keep it on your truck full-time, make sure you get a locking pin and lubricate it all from time to time. My first one got stolen so I got a locking pin. Then the locking pin rusted to the point it couldn't be removed and had to be cut off.

From what ive been told that usually down by the rivers there is some sort of HOA. I prefer where I'm at on unrestricted land up on the mountain. But I know some prefer to be near the water.

I’d guess it’s probably not too bad. It’s a shame I didn’t win that lotto money

I wouldn't think it's a busy road. Rt.9 (Cacapon rd) is the main road, that can be a little busy. The side roads are usually local traffic only. That's one of the perks of living here in Great Cacapon no traffic or traffic lights.

I hear ya. I financed $70k when I bought my cabin. Monthly mortgage principal & interest was only $324 a month. I paid the homeowners insurance & property taxes out of my tax return every year, about $1700 for both for the year. I know people paying ALOT more than that a month on vehicle payments. And vehicles don't increase in value like property does, I'll drive $500 toyotas instead lol.

Will my engine explode? Hopefully not, we'll see, only time will tell. Won't be installing this for a while but I'm curious about how it's gonna perform (which will be probably just fine)
