Sup MD? Took a trip to the showcase arena yesterday in PG for a funeral. Evidently the Sheriff of PG passed recently, so there was a joint Honor Guard detail. Approximately 4,000 people were in attendance.

Anyone get any goodies during Black Friday/cyber Monday or the November sales?

I ended up getting the BAMF Shackle Hangers and it looks like they’ll be here next week! That’s gonna be a fun project. :sawzall:

Nice, that’ll be a good install too! I have cheapo Amazon lights on mine that usually only one or the other works the first few times I press the switch… I really need to check the wiring and relay… :annoyed:

Damn, that looks good and bright lol

Yours looks to be in good condition. I had a "base" Leer XR that came on my Taco, it needed a new rear handle but overall decent shape. Front slider, the slide/tilt side windows and double handles on the glass door. I had a heck of a time getting $600 out of it. I honestly want a soft topper as well. I couldn't unload the hard cap by myself.

Why do I think that $500Dave is sitting in his hot tub with a big grin on his face with another 4runner added to the collection?

That's the entire reason I'm selling mine. I really like having a cap but I just took it off and put it back on and I don't want to ever do that again (hence the new fiberglass chips). I also just bought a FourWheelCamper so I'm going to need to remove the cap pretty often for that.
I called TruckNAmerica and they do buy and sell used caps so I might stop by in a week or so if there's no interest here or on Craigslist. I'm sure they'll lowball me but it might be better to just get rid of it. Softoppers have gone up in price since I last looked at them to.

I sorta liked having the hard cap on my truck but it did make loading/unloading certain things a PIA. I thought about using it for weekend camping but then I realized that I actually had more room inside of the 4runner, so I got rid of it and started looking at soft toppers. I agree with you- those soft toppers have gone through the roof in price. I always keep an y\eye open on the Markeplace for a screaming deal on a hard cap, the deals just never appear.
