Im really hesitant to sell my clean one tho so im not gonna give that one away. It took me years to find a unmolested rust free triple locked obd2 Landcruiser, and the fact I bought it from the original owner was icing on the cake. I know when it sells I'll instantly regret it. My lifted one (pictured) I originally bought to build my stock one, that one I won't regret selling.

 

Soon as hunting season is over I plan to start knocking some trees down to open up the river & mountain view here at the 2nd cabin. I think my back is up to a little work, I'll cut some then rest some. This kind of work relaxing me.

 

I fully understand. Even the black one would be a good base, there's just so much to 'un-do' to get it closer to stock. Glad to hear that your back is feeling better!

Want to give a big thanks to the guy that I ran into at the Walmart on Quarter Field Rd Sunday. Don’t remember if you said you were in this thread or not . Also thanks a lot for the early Xmas gift of the console organizer tray. I was thinking about buying one for a while but just never pulled the trigger. I always cool running into fellow Tacoma owners. So far everyone has been pretty cool..

Was bored earlier and saw eBay has 3rd Gen snorkels again for under 120$… not that I need a snorkel but for all the (none) off roading I do might be worth it.

…still too many things to get…

Not quite sure I’m going to trust a $120 snorkel… but if y’all are testing one I’ll come watch! Someone has to record the “boom” when the block and pistons go bye-bye!

 

Im pretty sure I was reading around here the eBay ones are pretty much identical to the arb ones. Besides the template, gotta check that first.

 

If it were for a 3rd gen 4R I'd try it out! But I can't come to terms with cutting a hole in my fender.

Same here… but after I get my shackle hangers and get them on I might be more willing.

Want to add that I would not cut into the a pillar, or whatever it is. I’d find some really high strength double sided tape or something. I don’t like the idea about drilling that.

I know I don’t need one, and would really never need to use it but they do look nice!
