Mostly all 4x4 pickups & suv's up here.

 

But, in my defense every time I get behind some dumbass here in PA it has a MD tag on it...

Doesn't help I could throw a rock around here and hit MD...

 

Hey guys and gal, I hope that everyone is having a decent weekend.

 

Yes indeed. Did some Christmas decorating. Had the nieces up yesterday to decorate cookies. Very festive weekend so far.

 

When I drove to Canada last month, I noticed that the drivers seemed to get better (on the highway) as I got farther north in the US.

Then I crossed into Quebec and couldn’t understand any of the signs so I had no clue what was going on so I just did what everyone else was doing lol

I'll be driving on the left hand side of the road come June. Headed to an out island of bahamas and renting a car....nervous as f*** about it....looking for advice if anyone has any...apparently the general rule is:
"The left side is the right side, the right side is the wrong side and the wrong side is Suicide!!"

 

Yep, yesterday evening wife & I and a couple friends went to out to dinner then watched the Christmas parade & tree lighting down in Berkeley Springs. Free hot cocoa & popcorn, people caroling in front of the tree...whole different world here compared to Baltimore lol. Today I supervised my buddies while they broke in a brand new fuel injected chainsaw and cut down some trees on his property. Fun weekend.

 

You get any cool pictures while you were up there? I've been to Canada once, about 15 years ago if I recall correctly, but it was to Windsor, right on the other side of the water from Detroit.

Unfortunately no, this one wasn’t an outdoorsy trip (except for the drive). We went to Montreal and spent the whole short trip in the city.

We tried to take cool pictures of the mountains and fall colors in upstate NY but for some reason none of the pics did it justice.

 

Well hopefully a good time was had. That's still pretty cool though. How were the gas prices up there?

 

I actually never had to fill up in Canada. I topped off just before we crossed the border and then the truck sat most of the time we were there because we walked everywhere.

Gas in upstate NY was close to $4.00 a gallon if I remember correctly. Although I’m sure it was more expensive because it was the gas stations along the highway; you don’t have many options unless you want to take a major detour.
