I thought those little xmods from radio shack were expensive.

 

I'd definitely need to upgrade the motor, battery, & speed controller but other than that it's still a solid car.

My uncle gave me one of his carpet racer cars that ran for a long time but one of the sodders broke right after i got it and i never fixed it. I'll have to dig it out and get some pics. Maybe you guys can tell me what it is lol

Hope so. It was fucking blistering fast. Like fast enough to break your ankle and foot if it hit you. I only ever had the foam tires for it and only ever drove it on concrete or black top and the tires would fly apart after a little while

 

My RC10 does a good 25 mph... I wanna be able to have it handle at high speeds but it needs work

 

RC cars arent that bad... go talk to the Airplane clubs... some guys have jet motors that run almost a grand apiece, and they run 2 or 4 together in some models.....
