I used the listing agent when I bought my place back in 2017. I'm known as the "realtor" up here with all the deals I come across lol.

 

Can you find me a few acres? I need to buy a piece of property while the market is unfriendly. I would like a weekend spot up that way. Most of the property by my brother is still too much for me. I dont need (cant afford) 100 acres. I would like to have 5-20.

 

This secluded 5+ acre lot just went to pending after 3 days on the market.

 

I would have bought that. If you see anything else please let me know. Everything by my brothers place starts at around 100 acres.

Keep a eye out online. Cool thing about here is all you need is 5acres or so, get the whole mountain & river to play on.

 

To add to this, you should be able to set up email updates on the realtor sites to send out emails when new listings pop up.

That and/or choose a day to check for new listings once a week.

Great idea because property is selling so fast here now. Before covid property would sit on the market for many many months and at a cheaper price. 5+acre lots were selling for $14k to $17k, now mid 20's. I bought 2 that touches my property for $14k each and one had electric.
