    Another Monday is here… dad is coming up from SC to stay for two weeks. He gets here Wednesday and I took Friday and Monday off for a little extra weekend time… he hasn’t been up since before COVID hit. So really looking forward to it! Hopefully the work week flys by!

    No sir… that’s my buddy’s boat. It’s a 16’ AlumaCraft side console. My pontoon boat is currently sitting At Harrisburg BassPro. It was delivered last Friday, and they had to keep it a couple extra days to install all the accessories. Scheduled to go up there this Friday to bring her home. The true test of the Tacoma’s pulling abilities will be tested. I think it’s right about 3250lbs… sitting on a tandem axle trailer with brakes all the way around. Luckily, the lake is only about 20-25 minutes from the house.

    should be fine - my truck went to +10k lbs gross pulling a 2900lbs car plus uhaul dolly from okc to maryland. Didnt like the hills thru wv and western maryland but was never out of sorts. Do you have 2lo? Can be a really good help, esp when backing.

    Personally, I’m not all that concerned. I’ve hauled trailers with 2000 pounds or so and it was no problem. But friends keep giving me sh*t… asking if that little truck of mine is gonna be able to pull it. Lol! From Harrisburg to my house is basically all downhill. And back and forth to the lake is pretty flat as well. Hopefully, I can get PA registration stickers for the hull. Then I can rent a slip at the lake and just leave it at the marina. I’ll dry-dock it and just have to put it in and take it out each weekend.
