I’m curious and being nosy…Are you not a fan of the ST Maxx’s?

I can’t remember if you mentioned switching up sizes or something else in the past.

They are good tires. I like them. I ran AT3's on my old Tundra and I would get 70K miles on them. I rotate these STMaxx's every 4K miles and they are wearing really well. I want to go bigger. Probably going 255/85/16.

Gotcha! I was just wondering because they’re one of the tires I’ve been considering for my next set.

Those would be too heavy for me only have 2.7. Trying to keep things light as possible. Thanks though

Im not sure what my issue is with my Maxx, one of the tires is worn much more on the inside threads then the other three. I’ve got them inflated to about 31 psi when cold. They seem to be like wearing out double… could have been when I had to drive around for a while without a good alignment… :anonymous:

I’d say yeah it was probably the alignment. My grabbers have some uneven wear and I rotate them religiously every 5-7K miles. I run them at 35psi cold. On the longer stretches of our drive to Montana they got up around 45psi

We’ll have to park close to each other next weekend so you can see the difference.

I run 35/36 in the front and 29/30 in the rear. I think rotating every 4K is critical with Maxx's.

Thanks. Maybe I’ll bump the fronts up some. I’m going to rotate the fronts soon since it’s getting close anyway. With it having on the front it’s supposed to be the better spot for worn tires.
