I swore CBI was free shipping but after looking at their site, it’s just the smaller fabed stuff.

Yeah I wanted CBI skids, but RCI already comes powdercoated for cheaper than raw CBI and RCI shipping was only about $110 vs 300

 

Pretty sure RCI is compatible. You can order with the hardware for it.

 

What happened to your truck Dave?

 

Fuel economy is better in the northeast. I averaged 2-3mpg better there than I do out West.

Rear-ended on I-95, I was at a complete stop due to traffic. Tractor-trailer hit me and fled the scene. I saw him coming in my rear view mirror, told myself "hold on Dave". Still hard to talk about.

Be prepared to always be doing something with a house that old. Also get a very thorough Septic inspection. Looking at that concrete lid it's very old. Those tanks don't have the typical PVC baffles like new tanks and use a form of concrete to control the in and out flow. They like to crumble apart. I have the same system and in the next couple years I get to spend the $30,000 to replace it

Also don't forget about the depth and flow test on the well. Water tables in PA can be very strange so I would definitely get it looked at.
