I don't usually like white vehicles but the TRD pro white with black roof looks really nice!

First choice would still be bronze since no greens.

 

lol! Fortunately I’m not shopping for myself because I plan on keeping my taco until the end of times. That one in the link you sent is more than double what I paid for mine new I don’t understand how the average person is supposed to afford a new vehicle these days. The used prices aren’t much better either.

 

It’s also double what I paid, but I’d expect a nice bit on trade in. That’s the only way I could use my imagination to justify it

 

lol it’s funny you mention that because I was sitting in the 2024 lunar rock Tundra they had at that dealership and I was thinking “if I trade my truck in, I would probably only have to finance half….”

I did same thing at Jones a couple months ago. Taco was in for the free oil change service and they had a Tundra Pro in that new Canyon color on the floor. All the sudden numbers in my head started adding and subtracting… I even checked the new 6 lug bolt pattern to assure myself my new wheels and tires would bolt right up to the Tundra. Sadly, they do and that made the gears start turning even more… then I started factoring in my wife’s response once she seen the bad decision I made. I put myself in the dog house and she wasn’t even there or knew what I was thinking!! lol!!!

 

Hahaha that’s amazing, I went down an almost identical mental worm hole. I was picturing how good it would look with new wheels/tires and a nice color matched ARE cap. If I didn’t already have so many fond memories with my taco already I would have given it some serious thought.

 

Don’t get me wrong, I love my Taco… but the thought of a lot more room, a lot more power and a lot more towing capabilities had me questioning a lot of things. The two negatives were going back into a whole term of payments when mine is close to paid for… and wife is in need of a new T4R at the end of the year. It was promised and she’d kill me! Going to get something leftover from the 2024s once the 2025s start hitting dealerships.

 

Same here! We’re getting a new vehicle for the wife probably next year. I don’t need any more room or towing capability so I have no excuses lol

Ali express lights came in today. He’s what it looks like. They are just plugged in, not mounted. Interesting pattern, I’ll have to see what happens when I swap them out with the others and see if I can get a decent aim. Those light have white LEDs as well but I think I’m going to go with the amber for a while.

Scratch that… was a good start. Started driving to work and heard an odd clicking coming from rear tire. Picked up a self-tapper somewhere on way home last night I guess. Had to turn around… ran the screw back out praying not to hear air… I heard air! So now I have to plug the tire and will be late for work. Ugh!!
