    ok, so how the HELL do you get these damn bed bolts out? I've been trying for about an hour and haven't even gotten it to budge. I've used literally half a can of WD-40 between the head and washer, washer and bed, bed and frame, and the bottom of the nut welded to the frame. I swear they must epoxy these things in or something. :(

    I'm heading up to Advance Auto in a few to see if they have and PB blaster and maybe a breaker bar.

    impact gun if you have one, otherwise take a hammer and give the bolt a few good whacks, thats how i got my diff bolts out.

    Thanks, I got it though! bought a can of PB blaster and a 14" breaker bar.. After about a half hour of PB blaster, knocking it with a hammer, more PB blaster, and lots of elbow grease they finally came loose. I drilled holes in the bottom of my tool chest to mount it to the bed and get rid of the ghetto-rigged rail mount I had made. Put some anti-sieze on the bolts so if I need to remove the chest it should hopefully be much easier next time.
