    Hahaha so I have to get a doctor's note. Last night my work wanted me to change a tire on the work truck, a mere week after the accident and only 2 chiropractic trips into treatment. I said I was not comfortable changing a tire given the current circumstances. So now i need a doctor's note saying "I can not change a flat tire." mind you I'm one of the few people that drive over to other officers to change their tires normally. The one time I say no they get on me lmao.

    We've got a bunch of rails-to-trails in the neighboring Montgomery County. My wife and I have done over 50 miles of the Shulkill River Trail and Perkiomen Trail recently. It's become one of my new favorite things. :D

    Yeah I want to get out and ride more and I need the exercise but with my wifes schedule and the fact she runs 2miles everyday and kids leaves little time .But the Fall we always seem to make time to go a few times
