Steve or anyone else with a CB in your truck...

What are you running? I was looking at the Cobra 29 nw wx bt cb.... I had the Cobra 29 LTD Classic back in the day but Im looking for something a little different, more bells and whistles. Also do you know of a very low low low profile antenna out on the market. I like the looks of the whips and the fire sticks but dont really want to advertise that I have pricey electronics in the truck

I have the same CB. Cobra 29 LTD Classic. It works pretty good. I just wish sometimes it was a little smaller with the same options.

I didnt think it was, but someone chimed in from Mass. saying going Pats, so I just gave a pleasant reminder of DelMarVa's real team!

And for anyone that cares (besides me), the Colts announced/confirmed today they are taking Andrew Luck at #1....RG3 to the skins!

I have the Cobra 29 WX NW ST mounted on the passenger side of the center console. I really like the WX feature that automatically turns the radio on when emergencies are announced via the national emergency warning system and/or weather specific warnings. If you happen to be using the CB function during an emergency broadcast, the radio issues a warning tone to prompt you to change to the WX channel.

Oh...and why am I on the Maryland Tacoma forum?

    Because Maryland Rocks!

Before moving to Mass I lived in Northern Virginia and Maryland for 15 years and was a die hard Skins fan. Go Hogs...Go Riggins! Don't get much of a chance to watch em so I converted to supporting the Pats.

I don't really care for college sports anymore, except for maybe college baseball. I don't mind seeing Maryland basketball/football succeed though.

Unless ofcourse its the McDaniel College Green Terror! DIII baby!

    What are your suggestions???

Hey everyone! i am a new member to the forum and i will be a Tacoma owner by October. I was wondering, i saw a post about trails road, where do you guys wheel? I used to wheel my Jeep with the Maryland Mudbugs and then sold it for a Tahoe that i never wheeled. I would love to meet up with some fellow Taco owners in the area when i get mine to go get the tires dirty!
