I drive a stick all day for work so unless it's a 69 chevelle with big block Im good with a automatic

 

Lol to each their own. I like manual for a few reasons, one most people don't know how to drive one so it's an instant theft protection for the most part. Secondly I'm not easy on my truck so changing a clutch is cheaper then an automatic trans lol

On another note. Does anyone have an exhaust from the cat back that will fit on a DCSB? I have a buddy that is looking for one cheap and fast.

 

yea I got to leave work early due to the outage. I heard it was the white house and capitol too.
I went to union station to take the train home and it was pitch black in there!!! kinda awesome!!! made me think of the game dead rising.

 

we had another flicker this morning. latest articles say that a transformer blew up at a sub station in Charles county.

So do I. But i may put it back on, take the aFe off and paint it, then reinstall the aFe

 

Why are you painting the afe didn't you just put it on

 

just chop it.

 

I have been debating on doing that with mine. I caught the tip last year at the cove didn't hurt it or really mark it since it was muddy and all but I don't want to push it into me bed. so debating on the pros and cons of chopping it

 

the only real con I can think of is just that if you idle for a long time the exhaust vapors wont be ejected out the back of the truck and some of it may get caught under it. Not a huge deal IMO, but it bothers some people.

I also drove a '94 camry that had a hole in the muffler and two popped welds for 3 years though.. that thing sounded like a lawnmower.

yea but when u chop it you just cut above the rear axle. so it shouldn't sound any different since the muffler is still intact. all tht changes is the length of piping.

 

Just cut it and do this mod
