I can PM you the recipe for the applewine, but making applejack is just putting the wine in brewers casks out in the middle of the winter. You pull off the chunks of ice that form in the cask and you are left with just high octane booze.

went to my favorite beer/wine/liquour joint down in florida when I was there a few weeks ago. it's in an old mansion on the water. nice high end everything and some great local and non local, hard to find craft beverages. picked up a couple of different meads. had a great fling mead. looking forward to trying out the apple pie mead this weekend....... or tonight.

got a fully stocked bar waiting to be busted open for some heavy rain drinking!

I try to make one beer/wine/spirit per month, y'all are more than welcome to join anytime. Colin, that bar setup is really nice, I'm hoping to build something like that in my basement once I find some time... the old fashioned station in my kitchen is basically some brown sugar cubes, bitters, and a few bottles of High West and Bulleit.

Bulleit is some good stuff for the price point. All this booze talk makes me miss managing a liquor store haha

I got a great deal on the black bar, but had I not found it, I was going to build a piano bar. you can get up-right pianos on craigslist all day long for $300. add another $300 for the build-out, and for $600 you can have a legit piano bar

Love Bullet. if you look closely in the bar picture, you'll see a decanter on the left side of the mirrored portion of the bar. got a few glasses worth of the 10 year bullet.

That is an awesome idea! I've been trying to come up with an idea to build a bar in our new house.

Now you just have to figure out how to get the pedals to operate a tap.
