inexpensive ($50 range) quick release fire extinguisher mount. people love them, and they are fairly easy to make, but the only worth wile ones currently on the market are upwards of $100. I've made a number of them, but just don't have to time to run with it. I can help you with the design if interested/needed.

Edit: make a weld-on steel one, and a bolt-on aluminum one, and you'll have the market cornered. this is also an item you can market to car guys as well.

If you design one of these that I can clamp onto my RTT bed rack I'll buy one yesterday.

    Also, mounts for a hi-lift.

Just a feeler, not ready to sell them yet:

Would anyone local be interested in a set of OME front coilovers, 90K strut with the 885X coil. They gave me 2.5" of lift, I really like them, but I think I'm going to treat myself to ICONs for Christmas.

Locking Hi lift mounting plate, I still live in little Baltimore i don't want my jack growing legs and walking a way. Also I need to talk to you about a locking mount inside for my AR.

Def keeping it. It is a great machine to have, super functional, just not enough ass to run heavy plate production parts. It has stick and tig capabilities too as well as can run 110V so it will never go away. Ive been very happy with it, just need more power!!!!

that's what the aluminum bolt on one is for. bolts slots (not holes) allow you to eight bolt it to a flat surface/bed rail, or use the exhaust clamp method.

all you need are two exhaust clamps for the tubing size you have, and go to town. I've used them a couple times, most recently to hold the CO2 tank to my bed rack.

You can also see the quick release fire extinguisher in the last picture. I opted to just weld mine on. had to bolt the CO2 tank because it was aluminum.

Sorry the pictures are so blurry.

@Mobtown Offroad you make the holes in the mounting plate slots instead of holes, because then it will accommodate a number of different size exhaust clamps.

no, that's actually just some rubber that Powertank puts on their mounts from the factory. it's a very tacky rubber, to keep the tank from sliding in the mount.

Yup, powertank standard rubber trim. I run the same bracket for my CO2 setup, but I've managed to lose the rubber.

I've run that machine before, it's a nice unit. Congrats!

One of these days I'm going to gain access to another shop. I miss fabricating.

Add truck mechanic to my list of qualifications. I drive an International 4300 box truck to Philadelphia and back to Baltimore once a week to get the Production line up and running in our new building. Damn thing broke down on I-95 Wednesday so that was fun. Serpentine belt broke, caused it to over heat too. So today I got to replace the belt, fill it back up with coolant, burp the air out of the lines, then torque down the drive shaft bolts since it had to be removed to be towed. The beast is back alive!

A human being should be able to change a diaper, plan an invasion, butcher a hog, conn a ship, design a building, write a sonnet, balance accounts, build a wall, set a bone, comfort the dying, take orders, give orders, cooperate, act alone, solve equations, analyze a new problem, pitch manure, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, fight efficiently, die gallantly. Specialization is for insects.

Of course, had Heinlein had a Tacoma he would have added modding, welding, and auto repair.
