    Hi everyone I finally had the time to remove the screws and clean the sensor. The way I removed the screws was I purchased one of the kits that remove damaged screws from Amazon and they came out no problem. I also went to my local toyota dealership and purchased new screws. Here is the part number for the screws if you ever need them (93319-14010). Thank you all that helped me with this.
