No trial, no appeals, no lawyers, no judges, no jury.




Public hanging should suffice.

 

Pretty sure I remember reading in AZ that the law was STILL if you stole a man's horse he could shoot you. Period.

This kid is so lucky to be alive. Another inch to the left and this bullet would've gone through the middle of his neck.

That is why I am a CCW holder in AZ, have taken 40+ hrs of various defensive training.. Why, and I mean this, to never use it!
I never leave the house with out my gun, extra mag, Surefire, and knife.. The flashlight and knife are I use all the dang time. From helping someone change a tire to finding my keys in a dark movie theater..
This is to help protect my self and family safe...

 

My sister does a lot of conference's and one girl that she knows personally has a friend that got shot 4 times. Once to the face, the bullet went into her nasal cavity and fucked some shit up in there to where she had to undergo brain surgery.

Something needs to be done to send a message to people that if you act like this, you'll get seriously dealt with. Sadly its not the American way anymore. The American way is to make up conspiracy theories and propagandize information to blame religion, politics, and guns, when all there is to blame is one man who deserves to die like his victims did, shot to death by firing squad.

This stuff can happen to anybody. My neighbor was involved (shot at with powder burns) in Georgia's largest mass murder several years ago. She was on the cover of a magazine and has not been the same since since the shooting.

Another acquaintance had their home invaded twice by the same guy. The second time was at night while they were in bed and they had a big shoot out and invader was shot and later caught at a local hospital.

All of these shooting were in nice areas of town too. This stuff can happen anywhere and to anyone.

I've got no use for the POS either, and I wouldn't lose sleep if he were to have an accident, but I'm having a hard time meshing the conflicting theories.

 

I don't see his due process being violated at the moment. And it wouldn't be violated if he were to go through trial, get sentenced and be shot to death.

So... what the second amendment has to do with the 6th and 14th amendments. 2nd amendment deals mostly with state militia's and in turn allowing people to bear arms. 6th is the due process amendment while the 14th brings due process to the states in Mapp v. Ohio case law.
