Hello All. I bought a 04 tacoma recently and realized I didn't get the master key. I assume this because when I manually use the key for entry the alarm sets off and I'm unable to stop it by inserting the key in the ignition. The alarm system is a KARR. I presented my problem to my local dealer who quoted me a price of 350.00 for two chipped master keys. Seems a little pricey. Anybody have any experience with this or helpful suggestions? Thankyou in advance!

I was able to turn alarm off manually by putting key in the ignition and pressing alarm button simultaneously. Decided to remove alarm and just use the factory clicker and open the doors manually.
