I just put an Icon leaf pack on the back of my 2015 double cab TRD Sport. I measured the hub center to wheel-well distance before and after the leaf pack install & I came out with about 2.75" of lift as a result of the new leaf pack (Option two swap extra leaf with leaf 3 in pack). I'm waiting for a custom aluminum drawer system that is supposed to be ~150 lbs so I guess I'll re-measure after installing that.

First, how do I figure out what measurements to give for new shocks? I wanted to get 5100's but 4wheel parts said they only make them for my truck in a 1" lift? (I'm assuming this is probably BS but idk).

Second, how do I figure out how much lift I would need on the front to match the rear? Assume I want it level, do I just measure hub to wheel-well again? (idk if the wheel wells are actually at an even height).

    Thanks.

The same shit everyone else has.
Measure the current hub to fender

Put a jack under the front cross member, start jacking it up until your happy with how it looks.

Put a level on the door seal if you want it 100% level (these trucks look silly without any rake).

    Remeasure hub to fender.

This is how much lift you need.

    Purchase accordingly
