If anyone has a clue of what I'm talking about....

I have what I think is a 'Stream Cipher' puzzle ...and to be completely honest, its WAY the hell over my head to figure it out. It's a geocaching puzzle and I would assume you would get a series of numbers that can be put into a GPS coordinate format.
If anyone is bored and knows this complex stuff ...

    Here's the cipher:
    000111000100111101000100000101010000000001100111
    010101110101100100011010000100100110101001001111
    001000000000000001101001010110000100001101010010
    000100100111001101000001010101100100001100011100

We live in the N40 and W076 area and the GPS format would be something like .... NXX XX.XXX and WXXX XX.XXX

Or...any information on what website (in layman terms) to figure this out, would be great!!
    Thanks!!

Tried it in several decoders. It's much more complicated than that....

I did some reading about Stream ciphers and it's complex stuff.
