lol it made me laugh, I was like there is no way that is not a joint -- off to the youtube comments I go. It was a pretty funny episode, pretty sure I wouldn't have been putting my mouth on that digeridoo

I never noticed them censoring Ed's cigarettes before it was mentioned in this thread.
But sure enough in today's video there's Ed with a candy cane

    Finally caught them open!

    morrs.jpg

Actually this photo is when they were closed on the way up, but I stopped on the way back and bought a shirt for the wife. Easily her favorite souvenir from the whole trip! The freezer full of trout was less well received, but hey, that's more for me.

Editing to add: I just tried watching that "HeavyDSparks" one... wow, talk about a major production! I was blown away by the cinematography, they have some seriously nice gear and a skilled production crew, at least compared to anything I watch on YT. I got pretty excited that I had found a new channel to binge.

But Jesus Christ, the editing... it's worse than reality TV! Gross. I couldn't even stomach one video.

Taco to the rescue in today's episode!

    MORR Taco.png

Random good-guy taco driver helped assist el Jefe and the Tangerine pulling a truck out at Sand Hollow.

You see the look on that last truck-owner's face when Jefe asked if they were OK. The towing-dude, who poached the rescue, said they were fine but the look on that owner's face seemed a bit dubious. Like, "those other 3 guys are out and I am still stuck here......".

    Just watched an episode.

Why would you take your Mercedes sedan on an offroad trail?

General speaking, most people blindly follow the directions their cellphone tells them to take.

You mean the Germans? If they'd had a cellphone, they might have at least started walking in the right direction.

No, that was a tragedy, just found the bodies last year.
Trying to find the story. They followed the GPS. Got stuck, got a tow for $2k then $2k for repairs to the undercarriage.

If you find yourself in Hurricane, highly recommend stopping by his shop. I was eating lunch at a diner type spot in town, and lo and behold Matt and Tucker walked in to eat. I eventually went over and said hello, and Matt invited me to tour the shop.

Got to see the off road wrecker first hand, and he even started up the engine for me! Got some great photos and videos too. Ed also showed up and said hello while I was checking out the golden nugget and rokon bike. Great crew of folks, and very down to earth!
