Like others have said, its light. But it does also have a mild lift and 35s (I think)

He does more recoveries in a day than most of us will ever do. I think he knows what he's doing.

I think you over estimate his days, or underestimate how much some of us do.

You do 60 recoveries a month?

"...more recoveries in a day than most of us will ever do..."

How many does he do in a day? Using your "60 in a month", are you implying he does an average of 2 per day?

Why change the metric? That's called moving the goalpost, and is usually done when you know your argument is losing.

He is good. But he also always has experienced help. And if possible another vehicle. Which makes him smart.

But we will never know the entire story as multiple camera angles and post filming editing takes place.

All that said they are entertaining and even those of us who’ve been wheeling longer than he’s been alive might still just learn something.

You're right, I meant month, not day. That's my mistake.
    I am not arguing.

He called it peanutbutter mud. Looked like a pretty good description. I'd be tempted to just bury it there

PB Mud doesnt even begin to describe it. Sevier Lake and all of the lake beds around here really are nothing to mess with. That stuff will suck you in to the frame before you can blink. Then the heat from your drivetrain will reharden it like concrete. The worst part is around the edges is firmer, so its a siren song. You go out thinking it'll be fun, then it gets you and there's nothing you can do about it.

Taken at the exact spot they departed the road to go get them:

Got my Jeep stuck at Salton Sea on Father's Day a few years back. It was hot, 108 I think. I was going pretty fast and thought I had it and then just sank. Lots of flies and all the black stuff is decomposed fish. It was fairly horrible laying on my stomach and digging.

I just subscribed to his channel a few days ago. His XJ is quite the beast. Love how he never makes any of the people look bad for getting stuck. Such a laid back guy. Really a class act.

That took Matt some time to figure it out as well to get out of that dune. It wasn’t intuitive or basic for someone to just hop in the truck and drive out of that spot.

My motorcycle and I had the same experience on west coast of Salton. Glad it was a bike and not the truck
