I know about yours because I asked Phoenix if they would guinney pig me and build a swing out for a first gen. Then he told me they already did that...on your truck. Haha. And yeah, things keep getting in the way of my brake job! I hate it!
been on my list for a while too. Things keep getting in the way

Gave my truck the Autozone special yesterday. Duralast Gold brake rotors, pads, and battery. Also got my timing belt parts ordered.

Today I replaced my timing belt, water pump, and thermostat. The cam and crank seals showed zero signs of leaking, so I opted to not jack with those. All pulleys and belts were in good shape as well. However, it looks like my fan has made contact with my radiator on several occasions. I was fully expecting this project to take me an entire weekend and I got it done in one day. I did have a lot of trouble getting the crank bolt loose, but eventually got it out with a little help from the starter.

I went to a different dealership to get the rest of my coolant today and he said that the other dealer sold me the wrong coolant. On Saturday I got the yellow cap, pre-mixed pink fluid. The guy today told me that I have to use the red cap red fluid that I have to mix with distilled water. Is it bad to mix them? He told me I shouldn't have a problem

Weird. What ratio did he suggest? I used yellow cap 50/50

One dealership told me I need the yellow cap, another told me I need the red cap. I just mixed them both in my system. It shouldn't matter. Pink is just watered down red

Installed my BAMF BPV relocation bracket. Didn't make a huge difference. Maybe keeps my truck from nose diving as much, but my wobbles are still there.

Yeah, I'll see how it does when I drive for more than 15 minutes tomorrow. I bet I just have a warped rotor or drum....damn. I'll probably just put it in a shop. I'm getting tired of jacking with the brakes
